Shipping, Gorgeous!
Every piece in our royal collection is made to order, just for you, by our print partner. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. It is printed only once you order it, so please allow a little time for the magic to happen.
Delivery times
- United States: 2 to 7 business days after your order ships. That's usually 1 to 2 weeks in total.
- International: we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Switzerland and Belgium. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after your order ships, and customs can add a little extra time.
- Where we ship: our royal merch travels to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Switzerland and Belgium. We can't ship anywhere else for now, but we hope to welcome more of the court soon!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and address.
Tracking
We'll email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs, import duties, VAT or other taxes may apply when your package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility.
The fine print
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Packages returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, contact us and we'll look into it. If your package is lost, we'll replace it.
